Most people are trying to manifest a new life while living the exact same one.
I talk a lot about manifesting our goals and dreams here.
Yet, here’s the part that doesn’t get said enough:
✨You don’t call in your future life by waiting for it.
✨You call it in by living small versions of it now.
✨You activate manifestation through aligned action.
One of the fastest ways to shift your energy, your mindset, and your self-trust is to start upgrading the parts of your life that quietly drain you.
Not with massive, dramatic changes (although I love talking about these, too…aka safe quitting!)
But with small, intentional upgrades that say, “I value myself. I expect more ease. I’m building the life I want.”
Here’s a simple question I come back to often:
What small things in your life are annoying you, and how can you upgrade them?
When we ignore the little frictions, we stay in toleration mode.
When we address them, we move into alignment mode.
Here are a few small upgrades I’ve made recently that have had an outsized impact on my quality of life:
My car
I stopped treating it like “just transportation” and started treating it like a space I spend real time in. Clean, comfortable, and intentional.
My phone
Notifications cleaned up. Fewer apps. Less noise. More presence.
Gym clothes
I invested in workout clothes I actually enjoy wearing. The result? I show up for myself more consistently.
Caffeine intake
I switched from coffee to green tea in the mornings. Less jittery energy, more grounded focus.
Sleep routine
Earlier wind-down. Fewer screens. Better sleep = better decisions.
Morning ritual
Instead of rushing, I wake up a little earlier to start the day slowly. Even 10 minutes makes a difference.
Meditation
Nothing fancy. Just a few intentional minutes to regulate my nervous system before the day asks anything of me.
Trash can
Yes, even this. A better one that works, looks more appealing, and doesn’t annoy me every single day.
My pen
A pen I actually like writing with. Small joy in a tool that I use daily.
None of these were extravagant or cost much money (yes, even the new car!). Happy to chat more about this.
Yet, all of them are signals to my brain and nervous system that I am safe, supported, and allowed to want more.
And when your body and nervous system feel safer, it becomes much easier to take aligned action, grow your capacity for bolder goals, and trust yourself with more responsibility and more abundance.

💫 Pick one small upgrade this week.
💫 Take aligned action towards it.
